ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle offer extensive capabilities. Yet everyday work does not always fit the configuration: complexity, exceptions and changing requirements call for flexibility. Separate Excel sheets soon fill the gaps. Useful, but also a source of manual work, conflicting versions and fragile handovers.
We build custom software around that reality and the systems already in place. We test early with the people who will use it. That helps us discover what is needed, what can be simpler and whether the improvement is worth the change.
